Cancellation Policy

Some products on our website may be available as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy purchase. This policy explains how these orders work and how you can make changes or cancellations.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive products on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency and subscription term you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each scheduled delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you may cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation emails. You can use those links to:

• Update your delivery schedule

• Change your payment method or shipping details

• Pause or cancel your subscription

If you cancel a subscription, any orders that have already been processed or shipped may still be delivered and charged.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available for immediate shipment.

When placing a pre-order, we may:

• Charge no payment at checkout

• Collect a partial deposit

• Store your payment method for future payment

Once the product becomes available, we will process and fulfil your order and charge the remaining balance or the full amount, as applicable.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. If you paid a deposit, any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a full or partial refund under our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

For try before you buy orders, we will place an authorization hold on your payment method before shipping the item. You will not be charged immediately.

After you receive the item, you will have a specified trial period to decide whether you would like to keep it.

If you return the item within the trial period and in accordance with our return instructions, you will not be charged.

If the item is not returned before the trial period ends, we will charge your payment method for the full purchase amount.
