Please note Saito Legends is a UK-based company and these policies apply to customers worldwide.


Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.

If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to reject any return request or refund after inspecting the returned product.

Business Orders (B2B)

Business-to-business purchases, or transactions made by individuals acting on behalf of a business, are not covered by consumer cancellation rights.

This means the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to business customers.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Mystery products (mystery boxes or mystery packs)

  • Single card items

  • Unsealed boosters and collection boxes

We reserve the right to refuse or accept returns on these items at our discretion.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • the item must be in the same condition it was sold

  • the item must be in its original packaging

  • you must provide proof of purchase and your order number

Please note we do not accept returns due to price reductions on products after purchase.

All returns are reviewed individually before approval.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return request, please contact our support team using the customer contact form.

When submitting your request please include:

  • your order number

  • your proof of purchase

  • a description of the issue

If your return is approved, full return instructions will be provided.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming:

  • receipt of the returned item

  • approval or rejection of the refund

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days depending on the payment provider.

In some cases compensation may be offered in the form of store credit, a gift card, or a store discount. You are not obligated to accept this option.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • the item is not returned in its original condition

  • the item is damaged for reasons not caused by us


Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

Sale items cannot be refunded.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to arrive may vary.

It is recommended to use:

  • a trackable shipping service

  • shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for items lost in transit.
